I did not recieved any email after the order

A.

The order processing is immediate. If you can’t find the email confirmation with the download link, please check your spam folder. You can also access it by logging at https://store.giudansky.com/account/. If you still can’t find it contact info@store.giudansky.com, at worst we will send you a direct private link.

Q.

I downloaded the file but its without any extension. It does not open with any software

A.

Don’t worry. Just rename it with its appropriate extension (.jpg or .pdf) and you’re good to go!

Q.

I bought the evolution licence but I can’t see any download in my download area.

A.

Some issues with the engine could not load the appropriate permissions. Just contact info@store.giudansky.com and the download permission will be renewed.

Q.

I bought the evolution licence but the download fails, I receive an error “you reached your download limit”.

A.

Same as above. Just contact info@store.giudansky.com and your download limit will be extended.
